![]() Sell your electronics and games for cash or credit. Over the last 6 months or so this app has been continuously updated and it is only getting better and better. They have incorporated new pro rewards features and have started selling nearly every piece of home electronics you can imagine, tv’s, pc components, even kitchen gadgets. They are also running rewards members only specials to cut down on scalpers. I was able to snag a PS5 bundle over the weekend with this program. They sent me an email 1 hour prior to the sale. All you have to do is login at the time stated and then add the item to your cart. A popup will state as a rewards member hit refresh and add the item to your cart again. I did this for maybe 2 minutes then got a popup to verify I’m not a robot. ![]() Completed the purchase and had my new PS5 2 days later! I’ve been waiting over a year to find a certain AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU for retail pricing with no luck, and no chance anytime soon from the looks of it. These big chip manufacturers could take a page from GameStop here and learn how to get their products to the consumers. It’s absolutely disgusting and it’s so nice to see a company fighting back! Not just hand them over to scalpers using bots so they can mark them up 2x or 3x and sell them on ebay. There is a lot of misconceptions when it comes to GameStop when it come to their memberships, trading policies, returns and so on. The one thing that they need to work on though is the app. Sometimes it doesn’t show my preorders and most the time it doesn’t tell me the right date of when my preorder product comes out. I would also like to mention that the company doesn’t hide anything from their customers, there policies are always printed out on the back of the receipts so there’s always a remember of how returning a product works. Last time I bought a preowned system their policies are also written on the box right under the name of the system I bought. I would say that those you complain that they are being scammed have ever thought about the call and demand of an item that is being traded or returned. That and I’ve save 100s of dollars using the pro membership and I maybe go to gamestop 3 or 4 times a year. I’ve never had my point taken for coupons unless I have redeemed them myself as it is a simple setting on your account page that you have to change when you officially set up you account online. Plus it gives you 250 extra points if you do finish your profile. ![]() I don’t know about you but I like free things. enough rambling now, overall great company but I would see about maybe sending out a overall new update for the app so it works smoothly like it use to. ![]() Hi My names Jesse Twomey and I’m an SGA here in Seguin Tx store 2431. So tired of all the shady shit they pull and sadly I got to put up with a lot of it due to location, exclusive shit like CE's and so on.Įdit: Can a mod capitalize the A please in PSA.I’m not giving you guys a 5 start because I work for you all but because the customer support service is phenomenally better than any other support service out there. Seriously as a physical game collector it would suck but the day Gamestop closes its doors ill be happy. This is really fucken shitty and at the same time not surprising that gamestop would do this. I just contracted there phone support and they are reviewing my account and I should be reimbursed of the points within 72 hours. Then said they wasn't and gave me $5 worth of points. I originally contacted there support via Twitter and originally they said they was going to give me 21000 points. Make sure to contact them and have it turned on. If you do not have stock pile turned on you will lose points over time and they can even be randomly spent on $5 coupons. Turns out there is a stock pile option that is off by default and they do not tell the customers about it. So I noticed that I have been randomly losing points even if its a little bit at a time. ![]()
